Reset Workshops with Dr Rach

Have you started on your health journey but feel a little confused and overwhelmed. Do you need some integration of the principles we are working on together? Would you like more education? Maybe just a fun interactive experience with like-minded health seekers.

This workshop was created to help inspire and educate, to experiment with a new way of providing positive healthcare for our times,  and to play, have fun and celebrate our achievements, success and wellbeing.

You will have an Initial Consultation and Body Composition Scan while a meet-and-greet morning tea is offered. This is followed by an interactive workshop education session.

Experience a mini yoga-stretch-pilates meditation and receive a beautiful goodie bag. You will have access to a closed Facebook group, keeping you connected and supporting  each other.

Cost is the same as a standard consultation $85, with a Medicare rebate of $38.20.
